Celebrating Five Decades of Impact: A Milestone at the State House

In a historic commemoration of our organization’s 50th anniversary, we had the distinct privilege of being hosted by our esteemed Patron, His Excellency, The President of Fiji, Ratu Wiliame Maivalili Katonivere, for a heartwarming morning tea at the distinguished State House.

The significance of this golden jubilee was reinforced by the rare and special occasion, as our dedicated volunteers, the backbone of our organization, were treated to an experience of a lifetime. The air buzzed with excitement and gratitude, as many of our remarkable volunteers found themselves in the grandeur of the State House for the very first time.

The  warmth of the gathering resonated with the core values that have fueled our volunteers’ unwavering commitment and passion for our cause over the past five decades. Their dedication to making a positive impact on communities, day in and day out, found a fitting acknowledgment in the  halls of the State House.

Our sincere appreciation goes to His Excellency for extending his warm welcome and graciously hosting us at the State House. The honor bestowed upon us is etched in our hearts, and this unforgettable and humbling experience has added another illustrious chapter to our remarkable 50-year journey of service and impact.

It was more than an event; it was a testament to the dedication and passion of our remarkable volunteers, the very heart and soul of our organization.As we raise our glasses to celebrate 50 years of making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve, we also look ahead with anticipation to many more years of collaboration, dedication, and positive change.
