Administration Assistant
The Fiji Red Cross Society is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, professional environment at our National Office in Suva.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally

Provide admin support to senior staff

Manage staff refreshments and update contact lists

Maintain a clean and tidy office space (routine cleaning included)

Support with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:

Completed secondary education
-
At least 3 years of relevant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong communication and multitasking skills
-
Able to work independently with attention to detail
