Marketing Assessment for Business Diversification and Fundraising Landscape

The Fiji Red Cross Society (FRCS) is dedicated to strengthening its humanitarian impact and ensuring the long-term sustainability of its programs. To support these efforts, FRCS is seeking two consultants to conduct comprehensive market assessments on business diversification and the fundraising landscape in Fiji.

The Business Diversification Consultant will analyze new income-generating opportunities, assess potential areas for business development, and evaluate associated risks and opportunities. This assessment will focus on expanding FRCS retail shop operations, commercial first aid services, and other revenue-generating initiatives both online and offline, as well as within divisional operations.

The Fundraising Landscape Consultant will assess Fiji’s fundraising ecosystem and develop strategies to enhance FRCS’s fundraising capacity. This assessment will identify new opportunities, strengthen domestic fundraising efforts, and evaluate potential risks affecting fundraising sustainability.

These market assessments are essential to ensuring FRCS’s financial resilience, enabling us to expand our reach and enhance our services. The deadline for proposal submissions is 14th March,2025, 4pm.
