Mid-Term Review of FRCS Strategic Plan 2022–2026

The Fiji Red Cross Society (FRCS) invites qualified individuals, agencies, and organizations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the mid-term review of the FRCS Strategic Plan 2022–2026. FRCS is committed to providing humanitarian assistance and services to vulnerable communities across Fiji. This mid-term review will evaluate the progress, challenges, and effectiveness of our strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision and the strategic goals that align to our direction.

 

Scope of Work

The mid-term review will focus on:

 

  • Assessing progress against key performance indicators outlined in the Strategic Plan.
  • Identifying strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Conducting stakeholder consultations and data analysis to evaluate impact.
  • Providing actionable recommendations to guide the remaining strategic period.

Submission Requirements

 

Interested applicants must submit the following:

 

  • Proposed methodology, approach, and timeline for the review.
  • Qualifications and relevant experience, including portfolios of past projects.
  • References from previous clients or organizations.
  • Proposed budget (if applicable).

Deadline for Submission

Expressions of Interest must be submitted via email to kasanita.temo@redcross.com.fj no later than 4 PM on 14 March 2025. We look forward to receiving applications from qualified professionals dedicated to supporting FRCS in strengthening its impact and effectiveness.
