Ticket Purchase Terms

By purchasing a ticket through our website, you agree to the following:

• All ticket prices are listed in Fijian Dollars (FJD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made using the methods provided on the website. We do not store credit card information.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. This email serves as your ticket and proof of purchase.

Payment Disclaimer

A non-refundable administration fee of 2.5% applies to every ticket purchase. By purchasing a ticket through this portal, you acknowledge and agree that the cost will be directly charged to your bank account during the payment transaction.

1. First Come, First Served: Tickets are allocated in the order payments are received. Confirmation is provided only after successful payment processing has been completed.
2. Bank Payment Processing Time: Bank payments may take 1-3 business days to process. To expedite confirmation, please email your payment slip as soon as you have completed the transfer.
3. Verification and Confirmation: Receipt of proof of payment does not guarantee ticket availability until payment has been verified. Tickets will be issued only after successful confirmation of payment has been received. Verification typically takes one business day; you’ll receive your e-ticket as soon as it’s complete.
4. Liability: Fiji Red Cross Society shall not be responsible for any delays or issues arising from bank processing times or incorrect payment details provided by the customer.

By buying a ticket via this portal, you confirm your agreement to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by Fiji Red Cross Society.
• If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 20 days of the announcement.
• Fiji Red Cross Society reserves the right to refuse refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
• We are not obliged to replace your Ticket if it is lost or stolen. You will be required to purchase a new Ticket at full price.

Event Changes

• Fiji Red Cross Society reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or program due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on the official website.

Fiji Red Cross Society shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

• Food served at the event may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including, but not limited to, dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. Attendees with allergies are advised to exercise caution and notify organizers in advance if necessary.
